Do You Outsource Your Services, Or Is Part Of Your Company Offshore?

No - we do not outsource or resell any services, and our entire team lives and works in the USA. We're proud to be a US company, just like many of our clients.

How Often Do You Speak With Clients? What Reports Do You Send?

Generally speaking, we spend a lot of time talking to brand new clients, with multiple calls and emails in the first 90 days. After a few months, we find that we're talking to our clients 2-3 times per month. We send a monthly report summarizing traffic growth, transaction volume, and website revenue, broken out by channel (eg organic search, paid search, social media, etc.), as well as a summary of various KPIs (mobile performance, overall engagement, blog content performance, important landing pages).

Will I Work With An Account Manager?

At Spork, we use a team approach to client support. We don't assign a specific person to manage an account because we want to deliver the fastest service possible. If/when you have a request, you can contact our entire team with a single email address. Additionally, all our clients have a direct line to the President and Director of Spork and are free to contact them at any time.

How Quickly Will I See Results?

Before working with anyone new, we perform a detailed analysis of their website, their analytics and sales history, and their competition. After this review, we'll provide a "Plan of Attack" that includes a growth and performance projection. While there are no guarantees in marketing, we're typically able to deliver substantial revenue growth for our clients in six months.
